The artwork We Came Whirling Out of Nonthingness - Ripples was created exclusively for the MU Jiao Xi Hotel by the artist, Tsai Charwei, distilling the quintessence of the prior collection We Came Whirling Out of Nothingness. The black marble slab is engraved with a poem by the Persian spiritual master, Jalaluddin Rumi. The languid drips create subtle ripples which vaguely illustrate the rule of the universe, sweeping along quietly; equally, projecting a greater world for viewers.
